ConversionMax / Inquiry privacy

How we handle
your inquiry.

This notice explains the inquiry form on this ConversionMax site. Please do not submit advertising-account passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information.

What the form collects

Your name, email address and message, plus any optional company, website or area of focus you choose to include. Your agreement and the time of submission are recorded with the request. A random request reference helps prevent duplicates when a submission is retried.

Why it is collected

The information is stored so ConversionMax can review the request and discuss potential conversion optimization work. Sending an inquiry does not book a time, create a service agreement or guarantee a response or result.

Where requests are stored

Inquiries are saved in the site’s private, project-scoped database. They are not published on the website. Automated inquiry notifications are currently off; the form does not subscribe you to marketing or send you automated email.

Data access and retention

Access is restricted to the project owner and authorized technical administrators. Information should be retained only as needed to handle the inquiry and related business records. No automated retention or deletion period is represented here.

Cookies and measurement

This site does not add advertising pixels, marketing analytics or a chat tracker. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information for operation and security. If tracking is added later, this notice and the applicable consent choices should be updated first.

The opportunity calculator

Calculator inputs are processed in your browser. They are not submitted through the inquiry form or stored by the application. The calculator displays hypothetical scenarios, not guaranteed outcomes or forecasts.

Questions or changes

Use the inquiry form to ask about your submitted information or request a correction or deletion. Identify the earlier request without including sensitive account credentials.
